Gone are the days when the internal team compiles a list and has to deal with employee email requests to book a slot, and then another email request to cancel or reschedule it. This makes it a nightmare and hassle for those organising it.
With our online system, this takes all the stress away from the internal team organising the massage.
How it works
We provide a unique booking link for the days and times your company has paid for.
For example, if you book 1 therapist for 6 hours of 15-minute sessions, we will allow employees to book between 9:30- 11:30, then a 15-minute break for the therapist (Our therapist’s wellbeing is important) 11:45 – 13:45 (30-minute break) 14:15 – 16:15.
All the internal staff has to do is send out the booking link.
We also provide the HR team with a login so they can see who has booked in and at what time if this is information you need to know.
However, if you’re a company who prefer the old-fashioned internal booking system then we’re happy to accommodate for that too, we just prefer to make things easier.
